Design system for whole application landscape

Logistics is a complex business and this was reflected by the many different application which were running in K+N’s application landscape.

Our team got the challenge to integrate myKN, ESP, KN Login and Seaexplorer (to only name a few) each with their established design and conceptual patterns into one application.

OUR WAY OF WORKING

We collaborated with cross-department teams to align on goals and share expertise. By developing a deep understanding of each application’s processes, we were able to conduct qualitative user studies that revealed key usability and design opportunities. These insights guided iterative cycles of testing, redesign, and refinement to create more intuitive and effective user experiences.
